Bio-HCG slimming treatment
The Bio-HCG slimming treatment is a safe and effective way of slimming which not only makes you look slimmer and more radiant, but also considerably improves your health. Working
The principle is as follows: you the take the Bio-HCG liquid orally (drops under the tongue). The Bio-HCG stimulates (fat) metabolism and the inactive fats in your stomach, thighs, buttocks and upper legs and arms. In combination with a good sustainable diet, the real excess fat disappears. It does not, for example, give you 'gaunt' cheeks.
Slimming in phases
The Bio-HCG slimming treatment consists of three phases: the diet phase, the stabilisation phase and the life phase.
1. Diet phase
During the diet phase you lose weight effectively and responsibly. This phase lasts just 27 days. In this phase you take 24 ampoules of Bio-HCG liquid by placing drops under the tongue or using a spray. The diet is based on 500 kilocalories per day, without ingesting any fat and a minimum of carbohydrates. Even so, there is lots of freedom for variation. You will receive a recipe book full of examples of delicious recipes as part of the slimming treatment.
2. Stabilisation phase
After 27 days the stabilisation phase begins. During this phase you effectively stabilise at your new body weight. You build up a healthy eating pattern for three weeks in the stabilisation phase, so that you can leave the yo-yo effect behind. In this phase, without any ampoules and with a new diet, you will prevent protein shortages (proteins = meat, fish, poultry) and so also problems such as fluid retention, weight increase, enormous hunger, tiredness and irritability. The diet in the second phase is characterised by not much carbohydrate and lots of protein. You will be amazed how small your appetite is and how much faster you feel full with less food. You will lose some more extra weight during this phase.
3. Life phase
After phase 1 and 2 you are ready for your new, energetic, happy and healthy life. In this phase, the life phase, you learn a lifestyle with a healthy eating pattern and sufficient exercise. The diet in the third phase is characterised by a large amount of protein and omega-3 fats, with oily fish twice per week and moderation with carbohydrates and omega-6 fats. In short, during the Life Phase you learn a new lifestyle which you benefit from for the rest of your life!
